Course content
This course deals with the environment of educational institutions and social pathological phenomena there: environment of schools, free-time centers and and other educational institutions: the subject also deals with how to work with the risk group of children and youth, it also introduces the following social pathological phenomena: bullying, mobbing, bossing, aggression, drug abuse.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is give to students basic information about prevention and intervention of selected socio-pathological phenomena in educational institutions, which are associated with childhood and adolescence: - Bullying, - Aggression, aggression, - Eating disorders, - Addiction, - Suicidal behavior. In connection with bullying then students will be introduced with prevention and intervention related phenomena such as cyber-bullying, mobbing and bossing. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091
Students will learn about the social pathological phenomena in educational institutions and they will gain knowledge and abilities for the intervention and prevention concerning these phenomena.

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark, Seminar Work

Active participation in seminars, , seminar work, at least 70% on the final test. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
