The future teachers are introduced into the school management, tasks of participants outside and/or inside the school, principles of planning, organizing, people leading and controlling. Students are also prepared to make the school projects and take care of the future of the school and its image.

Students are participating in the seminars and fulfill the tasks assigned by teacher. The subject is completed by passing the coloquium.
