- principles of self-defence - legal issues of self-defence - solving risk situations using self-defence skills

Learning outcomes
The aim is to learn basic self-defence skills for situations, which can happen in the regular practice of helping professionals. It contains of basic principles of self-defence, prevention of fights and legal issues of self-defence. Course is concerned on practical training of simple self-defence skills leaded by experienced trainer of self-defence. All techniques and strategies can be effectivelly used against much stronger agressor.
