Course content
1.The history of supervision, supervision concept, functions and types of supervision, supervision in the school and the workplace, resolution therapy and supervision, supervision in social work 2.The approaches in supervision - reflective practice perspective, the viewpoint of competence, the pros and cons; importance of personal and professional growth. 3. Motivation to supervision; requirements per supervisor, continuous learning, personal growth and practice supervisor. 4. Internal supervision - the transition from the role of social worker supervisor for the role, organization and location map of the internal supervisor. 5. Particulars of supervision - the creation of a contract (the basic rules, boundaries, trust, expectations, relationships), continuous assessment and adjustments, change supervisor and final evaluation. 6. Theoretical introduction (access: practical theory, structural-functional approaches focus on agency interaction process, feminist approach), an integrative approach 7. Models of supervision - development (focus on yourself, the client, the process, the process in context) 8. Cyclic model (contract, focus area, bridge, summary) 9 - 10 Process model of Supervision (double nut and 6 modes: content supervizního session, strategies and interventions, the therapeutic relationship, the therapeutic process - transfer, counter-, parallel process, a dramatic triangle, supervision relationship, supervizorův own process) 11. Individual supervision and supervision groups, supervision teams, networks and organizations. 12. Helping and burnout syndrome - factors, symptoms, consequences, prevention and restoration of a positive attitude. 13th Transcultural supervision, research and ethical issues and dilemmas and supervidovaného supervisor, code of ethics.

Learning outcomes
This course is designed for students who wish to acquire guidance and practical experience in one of the supervision systems. Educational supervision in accordance with task-oriented model is one of the original approaches to supervision, which aims to promote human resources development in the context of the organization. Educational supervision in accordance with UOP can be used in environmental NGOs, and communities in the state-controlled organizations, but also in the environment to "profit" oriented subjects

Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio

The aim is to gain theoretical knowledge of supervision as part of social work as a means of systematic development of own professional competence, including some skills training supervisor. Includes reflection activities and self reflection. Graduate / her course should / and be able to / and to understand the different approaches to supervision, suggesting the appropriate type of supervision for certain services of social work (workplace) and to collect examples of good lighting practice, practice supervisor to work with (including co supervizního tripartite contract provided supervision and evaluation) and sensitively deal with ethical issues and dilemmas that arise from supervision.
