Course content
|
The purpose of this course is to enable the student to reflect on their practical experience with him and encourage responsibility for their own learning process. The supervision is space for solving problems related to student status in the organization, problems associated with professional identity, confrontations with various fillings concepts and methods of social work teams working relationships, the confrontation between control and helping aspects of the role, influence social norms and social policy the fate of specific clients, and the conflict between hlásanými projevovanými ethical position of power dynamics in communities and social facilities. Students should in supervision should clarify their ethical attitudes, values??, stereotypes, occupational preferences and their future orientation.

The student is able to cooperate in creating supervision contract work on the formulation and performance of the contract under the guidance of a supervisor, benefit gained reflection and feedback to develop own professional competence in social work practice, actively cooperate in the supervision group, provide feedback to the supervisor and supervision group, use supervision when dealing with complex cases clients, use supervision in defense against stress and emotional strain, identify their strengths and weaknesses, make self-reflection, continuously evaluate the objectives of supervision.
