The course aims to introduce students to the problems of assessing the life situation (alternative notion of diagnosis, history) client in the context of selected methodologies and theoretical perspectives.
- Knowledge of theories, terms, concepts in the issue of assessment - The ability to choose an adequate theoretical concept evaluation (one or more) - The ability to choose and use appropriate methods and techniques of assessment - Ability to assess - Skill of a structured interview, structured presentation skills.

Assessment methods and criteria

Student performance
1 / prepare student progress tests (max. 100 points). 2 / The student will interview with a real or fictitious client in the process of data collection. In his framework: - Conduct interviews (20-45 min) in the assessment phase (Maximum 10 points) - carry out transcription and critical assessment interview (Maximum 10 points) - propose hypotheses about the situation, which is based on theory (max.40 points) - Based on the hypothesis interprets the situation and propose further steps (max.40 points) - range of approximately 1200-1400 words of text (no transcript of the interview)
