The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic activities of human resource management in organizations and their impact on other activities of the organization.
- is able to describe the various types of activities falling within the human resources management agenda, - knows the connection of personnel activities to other components of the organization's management, - knows the basics of recruitment, training in setting up and operating work teams, - is able to compile project positions into a team (based on strategic evaluation of analyzes prior to project implementation) - is able to describe the basic approaches to leading people and personalities of managers according to the management style; - knows selected principles of motivational theories - understands the importance of systematic professional development of employees - knows the basics of effective time-management and organization of activities in real time
