- mediate knowledge of the development of modern systems of social protection, especially spciální care / assistance - understand the evolution of social reform and social doctrine of the Czech Republic in social services - based on international comparisons of social principles to help understand changes in social services since 1989 - to provide enough knowledge to analytical, systematic and conceptual work in social services - prove to analyze the situation of a particular social service facilities and effectively contribute to its transformation into a modern social service - to be a changer, have the knowledge and skills change mangement
- context means the transformation of social services -based on comparison of the different European systems and concepts of social services is able to navigate in the current situation of social services CR -controls the various concepts and models of residential social services -means the development and knows the characteristics of institutional care means the process of transformation of institutional care in the context of the current CR program statements and knowledge of modern theories of social services -theoretical knowledge can be used to analyze specific social service facility -has a vision of a transformed organization -design process can change, manage it, eliminate risks, -use knowledge of personnel management

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
Understanding the content of curriculum and reflection on practice will be ongoing through practice exercises. The ability of the application will be tested on model examples, practical situations. Attendance at seminars is compulsory. The test has two parts. The first is the submission of written work, "The current state of social services in the context of modern trends, the development plan" in the range from 22,000 to 25,000 characters (including spaces), the second part is a written test.
