Course content
|
During the course are systematically defined and elaborated various management functions in the structure: Planning (including strategic), organization, leadership, control, process management, quality management, risk analysis, management changes in the organization, selected managerial skills.

The goal is to supplement and develop students' basic knowledge of management and master both theory and practical application of its management with some specifics in the non-profit organizations. The lectures deal with various areas of management of organizations. They are accompanied by practical workshops.
The student gains knowledge of the topics in question and the ability to exercise in the management of organizations in the field of social services.

Student performance
In addition to understanding and mastering of individual functions and approaches in the management of nonprofit organizations is required from the students' ability to apply acquired knowledge to the simple model used in the examples of practical workshops. The course ends with an oral examination.
