Facilitation - definition, principles Introduction to group dynamics Meeting - types, roles, strategies, process and content Model of solving problems and decision-making Working with context Goals negotiation and definition of rules Process maps

Learning outcomes
Students will learn basic knowledge and skills in facilitation and leading meetings. They will be able to: - prepare efective agenda for meeting - plan a process of one meeting or series of meetings - take care of the process during the meetings - cope with difficult situations and setbacks during the meetings The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Checking of knowledge through discussion in groups. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
