Course content
|
Currently, the academic world puts emphasis on knowledge of foreign languages: especially on productive skills in writing and speaking. In this course, students should build on communicative proficiency in a foreign language, acquired in undergraduate studies, and they should understand how to write in that language scholarly text. At the same time they should also be able to create. Offer foreign languages from which students can choose from: English, German, Italian.

Learning outcomes

- Knowledge of the concepts of social pedagogy in foreign language - Developing understanding professional texts from the field of social pedagogy - Development komuniktivních foreign language skills with regard to situations where social educator meets with clients - The development of language skills necessary for creation of professional technical text
- Due to the widespread use of specialized texts theoretical knowledge in social pedagogy - Development of language and communication skills - Competence to create professional text in the target language

Oral exam
Student will create their own specialized text in the target language.
