Course content
|
Definition of the concept of State ecclesiastical law. A survey of the historical development of Czech, or Czechoslovak State ecclesiastical law, its relationship to Canon Law and Concordat Law. Particular problem fields (in the most necessary comparison to other post-communist countries): legal status of Churches and religious communities and of their juridical persons, provision of Church representatives, spiritual service in public institutions, Church medical and social institutions, marriage and family, education, media, property matters, religious exceptions and conscientious objections.
