An introduction into the study of Greek, acquisition of the Greek alphabet, basic vocabulary and morphology of the Greek language. Reading of New Testament texts is one part of the lectures from the beginning.
Students will cover approximately chapters 1 through 9 from the textbook Uvedení do novozákonní řečtiny (An Introduction into New Testament Greek) by J. Bartoň. They are able to read simple, unrevised New Testament texts.
