Completion of sentence syntax, the syntax of casus.
Students will cover the material of all chapters from the textbooks Základy latinského jazyka pro posluchače teologie (Basics of Latin Language for Students of Theology) by M. Šlesinger and Latinská syntax (Latin Syntax) by J. Plátová. They are able to read Latin texts. Texts for reading are selected from extracts given in the textbook Latin Syntax by J. Plátová, pages 79-113. Lecturers can add other texts.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
To pass a written and oral examination focused on reading of a Latin text and its thorough grammatical analysis. Texts for the examination are set in advance.
