Learning outcomes
The subject is based on a detailed dissertation and methodological overview of the dissertation, which is worked with critically and already in close connection with the research which the student is currently undergoing (or already underwent). Students will focus on practical issues in the course, which arise over the course of the realization of the research project, and its possible solutions. Methods of analysis of the obtained data will be carried out in detail. Students will also focus in the course on ways to present one's own analytical results in a dissertation within the framework of communication with the scholarly community generally (conference presentations, specialized texts). Students will expand their knowledge by means of studying of the relevant literature, concerning methodology and the theme of the dissertation research, as well as research methodology generally. Space will also be provided for ethical questions involving research in the areas of health, illness and medicine.
