Course content
1. Theory of emotion, functions of emotion, components of emotion, emotional intelligence 2. How to perceive and evaluate emotion - tests of emotion - PANAS-X, EQ tests, TAS-20 etc. 3. Emotion in humans´life - components of problems, physical reaction, behaviour, thoughts 4. Thoughts and emotion - automatic thoughts, assumptions, believes 5. Chosen emotion and how to deal with them - depression, anxiety, anger, shame, guilt

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subjects is to provide students with the basic knowledge in the field of psychology of emotion.
Students will be oriented in terminology of psychology of emotion and in psychological theories of emotion. In practice they gain abilities how to deal different types of emotion.

Active participation in seminars. Students with an ISP must meet 50% attendance in seminars and complete assignments in Moodle on time.
