Course content
|
Students will acquire knowledge aimed at understanding the difference between management and leadership, defining the competence of the leader, leadership styles, recognizing different typologies of personalities in the leading of co-workers, communication skills and creative methods.

Learning outcomes

The course introduces the issue of leadership in the social field.
After completing the course, students will gain deeper knowledge of leadership issues, which are a prerequisite for effective leadership.

The course ends with a colloquium. The requirement to complete the course is participation in the fulfillment of assigned tasks and the presentation of assigned tasks at the seminar.
