Course content
Freedom of conscience and religious freedom and their exercise. Legal guarantee of realization of freedom of conscience and religious freedom in European context. Legal guarantee of realization of freedom of conscience and religious freedom in the Czech Republic. Concept of consciencious obiection. Legal framework for the implementation of the consciencious obiection in the Czech Republic. The Euro-American context of spiritual health care, especially the European Network of Health Care Chaplaincy. Legal framework of spiritual care in health care in the Czech Republic.

Exam, where the student proves orientation in the field as a starting point for solving the problems of the dissertation.
