Course content
|
Topics: Administrative law (definition, object, system and source). Public law (organization and activity, settlement administrative law, district law, administrative proceeding, administrative judicature). Criminal law (criminal law position in the Czech legal system, general part of criminal law - definition of terminology, basics of criminal liability, penalty conferment and security proceeding; substantive criminal law - certain kinds of crimes; criminal process). Financial law ( finance-law institutions, positive-law adjustment of certain financial rights, tax law).
