Course content
Topics: constitutional law (constitution, power distribution, self-government administrative, Bill of human rights), personal law, substantive and trial law (objective law, ownership, injury accountability, inheritance), trade law (trade companies, obligation law, different kinds of contracts, civil proceedings), labor law (adjustment of labor-law relation between employers and employees).

The aim of the course is to provide to students general overview of law and legal system of Czech Republic.
