Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to take part in international scientific research internships lasting at least 60 days; the internship itself can be divided into more separate periods of time. The internship must take place at scientific or university workplaces outside the Czech Republic or Slovak Republic whose research focus corresponds with the sphere of environmental and development studies.

Assessment methods and criteria

- The student is obliged to report the term of the scientific research internship to the study department - Mrs. M. Raková, at least two weeks before the departure. - A written confirmation from the visited international workplace at the completed scientific research internship. The essentials for such a confirmation are specified by VPRO Earth Sciences. Further on, a brief report by the doctoral candidate about the course of the internship, including a description of their job during the internship and specification of the results of their scientific research work completed during the internship.
