Course content
|
Epidemiology and its meaning in the area of public health care. Public health care is based on evidence (Evidence-Based Public Health). Ways of epidemiological studies. Advantages and disadvantages of certain kinds of epidemiological studies. Epidemiological studies results and its interpretation. Special epidemiology of infections in the tropical areas: malaria, tuberculosis, AIDS, lymphatic filariosis, leishmaniasis, schistomia and other famous tropical infections.
