Course content |
A section focused on general questions of the social pillar of sustainability is followed by discussion and consultation blocks addressing selected topics of social geography, with a focus on the dynamics and sustainability of the society. Attention is also paid to topics of the sustainability of populations, resulting from their reproduction behaviour, dynamics of continual as well as breakthrough development in relation to unexpected social events, e.g. revolutions, economic crises, or pandemics, the sustainability of urban systems from the point of view of urban-architectural compositions, regionalization and the internal structure of urban settlements, and processes of urbanization and suburbanization.
