Course content
English grammar: the system of English tenses (present, past, future, present perfect, past perfect, simple and continuous tenses), modal verbs, irregular verbs, reflexive verbs, conditionals, gerund, participle, infinitive verb phrases, subordinate clauses (conditional, proposal, concessive), indirect speech, indirect questions. Apart from the gramatical part, the focus of the course is also on developing communication skills and enriching vocabulary related to the field of development studies.

Learning outcomes
The course provides students with vocabulary and grammar skills, with a special focus on topics related to development studies.
