1. Spectrum-concept, main characteristics and relations, calculations. 2. UV-VIS spectroscopy. 3. Absorption spectra and structure of substances. 4. IR spectroscopy. Basic vibrations. 5. IR spectra-structure of substances. 6. Raman spectroscopy. 7. Resonation Raman spectroscopy. 8. Mössbauer spectroscopy. 9. NMR spectra, ESR spectra. 10. Emission spectra. Fluorescence spectroscopy. 11. Steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence. Examples of applications for studying the structure of substances and their interactions. 12. Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), relaxation of solvate layers. 13. Chiroptical methods /ORD, CD/. The study of biological macromolecules structures.
