Upon completion of the course students should be able to: define syntagma and clarify which expressions enter syntagmat, define the primary and secondary function of word types, describe syntactic relations between sentence members, including altered syntactic positions, define the valency concept of syntax, apply their knowledge in creating grammatical Define sentences, define and analyze their types, demonstrate the differences between them, clarify the basic types of sentences in Czech, distinguish right and wrong hypotaxes, perform a complex syntactic analysis of a sentence simple and sentences including a hierarchical graphic record, describe and recognize Traits and irregularities of the structure, defining the basic communication functions of the statement.
