1) Project planning - Basic concepts - Project tri-imperative - Project management techniques and tools - Project cycle - Project description and definition - Project intent - Key project planning processes - Practical development of a specific project plan - Project risks 2) Preparation of the project application - Structure of the project application - Basic documents useful for the preparation of the project application - Types of project applications - Practical preparation of the project application - Project application evaluation processes 3) Project management - Basic elements of project management - Project initiation - Managing the project team - Project control and monitoring - Monitoring reports, reports - Project documentation - Project closure - The most common problems in project management

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic aspects of project management, especially the preparation and management of projects.
The graduate has theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of planning and preparation, implementation and evaluation of national and international projects, including project risk management.
Prerequisites
Active interest in the issue.

Assessment methods and criteria
Final project

Teaching: lecture and seminar. Compulsory attendance at the seminar. Completion of the course: compulsory attendance at the seminar, activity during the seminar, and preparation of a project within the seminar.
